Assalamualaikum

Alhamdulillah and we are grateful to Allah s.w.t because of His blessings we are celebrating maulid (birthday) of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him (pbuh), Prayers and peace to our beloved Prophet Muhammad pbuh, the seal of all Prophets, the messenger of grace to the world. This year, Malaysia has been rated the world’s top Muslim-friendly holiday destination in a survey that has listed Egypt, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Singapore as runners-up. The study by Singapore-based Muslim travel consultancy Crescentrating ranked countries on how well they cater to the growing number of Muslim holidaymakers seeking Halal food and services.

Allah S.W.T tells the believers to clean themselves, for such a condition suits their spiritual state and nature. Cleanliness, considered a form of worship by believers, is therefore a source of great relief and pleasure to them. In many verses of the Qur'an, Allah s.w.t draws attention to the believer’s spiritual and physical purity. Prophet Muhammad ,pbuh,  also stressed the importance of being clean "Cleanliness is half of faith" (Muslim).

Muslims are meticulous when it comes to keeping their immediate surroundings clean.Allah S.W.T commands believers to be clean and purified in both the physical and the spiritual sense. In other words, this is not cleanliness in the mere classical sense; rather, it is an elaborate effort. Consuming clean food is a divine command to all believers. In the Qur'an, Allah S.W.T says: “O mankind! Eat of that which is Halal (lawful) and Toyyiban (wholesome) on earth, and follow not the footsteps of the devil. Indeed, he is an open enemy for you”.Surah Al-Baqarah Verse 168.

These examples show that Islam is particular on the purity and goodness, it also makes us kind, compassionate, useful, and helpful to others; let us be Allah's blessing to all humans. This is what Allah s.w.t commands us and this is what our beloved Prophet ,pbuh, has taught us. Let us tailor our life according to the dictates of our faith. By following the example of the Prophet ,pbuh, we can be excellent in everything we do, as we have done, being listed the top Halal friendly holiday destination in the world.

Say, (O Muhammad, to mankind): If ye love Allah, follow me; Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.”

(Surah Ali Imran Verse 31).

Those who are in Malaysia don’t miss Visit Malaysia 2014 Promotional Campaign from 18th January till 20th January 2013 at Bukit Jalil Stadium, Kuala Lumpur and Maulidul Rasul celebration that falls on Thursday 24th January 2013 at Tuanku Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin Mosque, Putrajaya.
